Job summary

Cabrini Health in Melbourne's southeast is seeking registered nurses to join our expanding PACU/Anaesthetics team. You will deliver high‑quality perioperative care across multiple operating theatres and endoscopy suites, working with advanced technology and experienced surgeons.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Victoria.
• Postgraduate qualification in critical care or perioperative nursing preferred.
• Commitment to quality patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative/PACU nursing care in anaesthetics and PACU settings.
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams in a busy theatre environment.
• Monitor patient recovery, pain management and safety post‑operatively.

How you will make an impact:

Imagine yourself as an influential leader in our dynamic Perioperative Services team. As a registered nurse at Cabrini Health, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and exceptional quality of care within our busy department.

What we're looking for:

• Previous Anaesthetics/PACU nurse experience
• Relevant Nursing Qualifications and current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Victorian
• Working with Children Check (if applicable)
• Post graduate certificate or equivalent in critical care or perioperative nursing (preferred)
• Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
• Flexibility and a positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment
• Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
