Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with availability to support 6 x permanent night shifts a fortnight in a small, supportive facility. Ability to work independently with a small team of carers and flexibility to cover additional day or night shifts is highly regarded.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents and leading our care team. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Administering medications and updating care plans
  • Conducting baseline and focused assessments
  • Leading and mentoring team members (including night shifts)
  • Collaborating with residents, families, and internal / external stakeholders to ensure high-quality care
About You
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Passionate about aged care and resident wellbeing
  • Previous aged care experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Valid Australian work rights (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
