Remuneration : $37.48 - $52.62 per hour annual leave loading Superannuation

Balmain Hospital is a community-based healthcare facility that has been caring for local people since 1885. It is dedicated to Aged Care Rehabilitation and General Practice. Balmain Hospital is committed to providing the highest standards of healthcare to meet individual needs.

Lever Ward and Wakefield Ward are sub-acute geriatric wards dedicated to supporting people through rehabilitation recovery and complex care needs.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
