St Vincent's Public Hospital in Darlinghurst, Sydney is recruiting a Registered Nurse (Year 2-8) for a permanent part-time 16 hours per week role in the Heart Lung Clinic. The position offers pro-rata salary of $86,183.34–$114,771.98 plus super, and visa/work rights guidance is provided for Australia.

As a member of an expert, multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, coordinate therapies, and contribute to service excellence with a focus on patient-centred outcomes.

Qualificações

• RN (Division 1) registered with AHPRA and eligible to practice in NSW.
• Evidence-based nursing care in a specialist outpatient clinic.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a heart/lung transplant outpatient setting.
• Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care and therapies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe continuity of care.
