Job summary

ForHealthGroup in Craigieburn, VIC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. You will provide high-quality, patient-focused care alongside experienced nurses and GPs, contributing to immunisations, triage, wound care, and education.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in General Practice or an acute care setting.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observations.
• Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations.
• Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures.
• Wound care, including dressings and suture removal.
• Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes.
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture.
