Job summary

Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals, families and a multidisciplinary health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role involves leading coordination of care across contexts, delegating to enrolled nurses and other staff, and ensuring accountability for actions.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration is required.
• Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
• Demonstrated ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Computer literacy and experience with electronic patient records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
