Job summary

Resthaven Riverland Community Services within Berri is seeking a Registered Nurse to support older people to remain living at home. This full-time, permanent role centers on delivering compassionate community-based nursing care in clients' homes and local settings.

You will hold current AHPRA registration, strong clinical knowledge in age-related health, and excellent communication with clients, families, and the health team. A driver’s licence and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly age-related health issues.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, family, staff and health professionals.
• Current Driver's licence.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and show leadership.
• Understanding of duty of care in a community setting.
