Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and 2+ years' aged care experience
• Experience in assessments, wound care, continence and catheter management
• A passion for person-centred, independence-focused care
• Valid driver's licence and comfort with regular travel between client visits

Responsibilities

How You'll Support Our Clients

• Create meaningful connections with clients and their support networks, delivering person-centred care that helps people live life their way
• Draw on your nursing experience to provide quality clinical care, from assessments and wound management to medication support and ongoing health reviews, empowering clients to remain independent at home

About the Candidate
