Are You the Right Fit?This position is for RN year 2 and above-This role is well suited to a nurse who is adaptable, patient-focused, works well both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and is passionate about improving health outcomes within the community. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. They will demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, enabling them to effectively plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based care for patients with complex health needs.
The successful applicant will:
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Please describe a clinical situation where you assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated nursing care to achieve a positive patient outcome. Include how you worked with the multidisciplinary team and considered the patient's individual needs.
Please provide an example of how you communicated with a patient, carer or member of the multidisciplinary team to support safe, compassionate and person-centred care. What was your role and what was the outcome?
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
