Australian College Of Nursing in Roma, Queensland, is seeking a registered nurse to join our Children Services team, delivering compassion centred care in the Primary School Readiness Program.

You will coordinate and provide child-friendly assessments for prep-aged children in the school setting to achieve best practice for paediatric vision screening outcomes, with outreach visits to other facilities in the South West.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current practising certificate.
• Experience in paediatric or primary care settings preferred.
• Ability to perform outreach visits in rural areas.

Job Description

You will provide compassion centred nursing care to clients in the Primary School Readiness Program.

You will coordinate and provide the delivery of child friendly assessments to prep aged children in the school setting to achieve best practice for paediatric vision screening outcomes.

The position is based in Roma and will require outreach visits to other facilities within the South West.
