Job summary

Bupa Aged Care Caulfield is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Div 1) to contribute to high-quality resident care in our Caulfield facility. You’ll bring your AHPRA registration, strong communication, and teamwork to support residents’ health, well-being and rights.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment with ongoing professional development, induction support, and a commitment to inclusive care across our diverse resident community.

Qualifications

• Must hold AHPRA Div 1 RN registration.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and team members.
• Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to improvements that support residents to live longer, healthier lives.
