Job summary

Estia Health Plenty in Melbourne’s northern suburbs is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis, covering morning, afternoon and night shifts. You’ll provide high-quality clinical care and support residents and families in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
• Experience leading clinical teams and staff development preferred.
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN‑ACC required.

About the Role

Estia Health Plenty has exciting opportunities for experienced Registered Nurses to join our team on a Casual basis, working a range of morning and afternoon/night shifts.

A comfort to our residents, a leader to the team – being a great nurse is all about how you make people feel.

On a typical day, you’ll:

• See to our residents’ medical needs.
• Put together clinical documentation.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Be a health and safety role model.
• Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
