Job summary

UPA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Jindera Hostel in the Riverina Murray Region, NSW. You will provide patient-centred clinical care to senior residents and work within a supportive, values-driven not-for-profit team.

The role requires unrestricted AHPRA registration, knowledge of aged care standards, and a collaborative, compassionate approach to dementia care. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance may be considered.

Qualifications

• Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Open to post-graduate applications.
• Affinity and experience (or willingness to gain experience) working with residents with dementia.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team at Jindera Hostel in our Riverina Murray Region. You will bring a passion for person-centred care in providing exceptional clinical services to senior members of the community.

Jindera Hostel is an aged care home located in Jindera, that provides exceptional care to members of the local community, with the ongoing support from a strong, engaged and seasoned leadership and corporate support team.

In fulfilling the role, it is essential that you have:

• Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Open to post-graduate applications
• Affinity and experience (or willingness to gain experience) working with residents with dementia
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Excellent Team player who is highly motivated
