Job summary

Sydney Children's Hospital Network, Westmead is seeking dynamic, motivated Paediatric Registered Nurses to join our Ambulatory Services team. Roles span Medical Day Unit, Hospital in the Home (HITH), Kids GPS Care Coordination Service, and the Acute Review Clinic (ARC) to deliver specialist, family-centred paediatric care.

Successful applicants will join a supportive team, with opportunities to develop advanced skills in innovative ambulatory care models and exposure to diverse clinical settings

Sydney Children's Hospital Network, Westmead is seeking dynamic, motivated, and experienced Paediatric Registered Nurses to join our Ambulatory Services team. Ambulatory Services encompasses the Medical Day Unit, Hospital in the Home (HITH), Kids GPS Care Coordination Service, and the Acute Review Clinic (ARC). Together, these services deliver specialist, family-centred care to children and young people with a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. This unique role provides the opportunity to work across all areas of Ambulatory Services, offering exposure to diverse clinical settings and the chance to develop advanced skills within innovative and expanding ambulatory models of care. Successful applicants will be supported to broaden their clinical expertise while contributing to the delivery of high-quality care outside traditional inpatient environments. Previous experience in Hospital in the Home (HITH) services is highly regarded, although not essential. We are looking for nurses who demonstrate strong clinical skills, adaptability, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional paediatric care.
