Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) required for the role.
• Experience with nursing services in aged care, hospitals, or community settings preferred.
• Ability to lead and delegate tasks to PCA/AIN staff.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide nurturing, resident-centred care and proactively monitor residents’ conditions.
• Manage care plans to support holistic needs and independence.
• Ensure safe medication administration and accurate documentation.
