Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents across our NSW facilities. You will work autonomously within a supportive team, prioritising safety, medication management and compassionate care for daily needs while engaging with residents and families.

You will bring a Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration, with a strong communication style and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree and AHPRA registration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work across care teams and residents.
• Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care to residents including physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Lead by example and ensure safe medication practices.
• Collaborate with care, lifestyle and hospitality teams.
• Support residents and families with daily needs.
