Opal HealthCare Maitland Grange Care Community is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care. You will perform resident assessments, care planning and documentation, administer medications, and monitor health outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families while mentoring team members to maintain exceptional care standards.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care.
• Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families.
• Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives.
