Job summary

Little Sisters of the Poor Aged Care in Randwick, NSW, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our casual team at Mount St Joseph’s Home. You will provide hands-on nursing, apply clinical judgment and support care staff, enhancing residents' dignity, independence and connection.

You will collaborate with residents, supporters and a multidisciplinary team, focusing on safe, respectful and individualised care under the strengthened quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Clinical judgement and assessment skills.
• Experience with aged care preferable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with residents to assess needs and review care plans.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care.
• Recognise deterioration and coordinate timely reviews and handovers.
• Support residents with dementia, end-of-life care and wellbeing.
