Townsville Urgent Care Clinic (Powered by Bupa) is seeking Registered Nurses to join our fast-paced urgent care team on a casual basis, with approximately 25 hours per week across a rotating roster.

As part of the Bupa family, you will triage urgent presentations, monitor patients, assist with treatments, and ensure accurate clinical documentation while collaborating with experienced GPs and nursing colleagues in North Queensland.

Formación

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration required.
• Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency or Acute Care setting preferred.
• Strong triage and patient assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis, with approximately 25 hours per week available across a rotating roster.

Typical shift times include:

• 7:45am – 3:00pm
• 2:45pm – 10:00pm

The Opportunity

Join a fast-paced Urgent Care Clinic providing treatment for patients requiring immediate medical attention without the need for an Emergency Department visit.

Working alongside experienced GPs and nurses, you'll play a key role in delivering timely, high-quality care to patients presenting with a variety of acute conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Triage and assessment of urgent presentations
• Clinical observations and patient monitoring
• Assisting with treatments and procedures
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, thrive in dynamic environments, and are passionate about acute patient care.

About You

• Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Previous experience in Urgent Care, Emergency or am Acute Care setting
• Strong triage and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
