St Vincent's Care Services Auburn is seeking a compassionate Casual Registered Nurse to join a dedicated team delivering person-centred care for residents. The role focuses on building connections, following care plans, and contributing to a welcoming, professional environment.

You will bring nursing registration with AHPRA, 2+ years in aged care, and strong communication as part of a supportive team that values dignity, respect, and holistic wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Nursing Registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in an aged care facility.
• Willing to work Nights, AM/PM shifts on any day of the week.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead by example.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Knowlege of aged care rights and responsibilities; willingness to undergo mandatory checks.

Things that work for us:

• Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential
• Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility preferred (Minimum 2years experience essential).
• Must have good availability to work Nights, AM, PM any day of the week.
• Exhibit leadership skills with the ability to lead a team by example
• High level of customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directives as per care plan
• Excellent record keeping skills with experience using Autumn Care (or similar) desirable
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History or NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
