Registered Nurse (Grade 1 – Grade 2 Year 1) - Full-time (6months Fixed-Term) | BaptistCare Northaven, Kerang VIC | $41.17 – $43.57 per hour + NFP Benefits
You are trained to make a real difference. Are you actually getting the chance to?
In a busy acute setting, it’s easy to feel like you’re moving patients through a system rather than caring for people. Aged care is different — and BaptistCare is different again.
At our residential aged care home in Kerang, you’ll know your residents by name, build genuine relationships, and have the time and support to deliver care the way it should be done. If you’re looking for a role where your clinical skills and your values are equally valued, this is it.
As a Registered Nurse at BaptistCare Northaven Community, you’ll provide safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care while leading and supporting the care team around you. This is a role with real clinical responsibility and real human connection.
We're looking for Registered Nurses who are at the beginning of their RN career, from Grade 1 through to Grade 2 Year 1, and who are passionate about providing exceptional care in a supportive aged care environment.

That’s what we work towards every day - enriching lives through communities of care. Today, more than 70,000 customers, 12,000 employees and close to 2,000 volunteers are part of our communities across Australia.
