Job summary

InHealth Group Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Ipswich site to deliver high-quality endoscopy services with a patient-centred approach. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care before, during and after procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures.

At InHealth, we're expanding our Endoscopy services and are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at our Ipswich site. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will help provide high-quality endoscopy services using a patient-centred approach that recognises the psychological, physical and social needs of every individual.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures before, during and after treatment.
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
• Supporting the senior clinical team and providing guidance and supervision to registered and unregistered colleagues.
• Participating in the decontamination, traceability and maintenance of endoscopes and specialist equipment.
• Contributing to clinical audits and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Building positive relationships with patients, families and multidisciplinary colleagues through effective communication.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Registered Nurse with a valid and active NMC registration.
• Previous experience working within an endoscopy environment.
• A positive team player who is reliable, supportive and willing to get involved.
• Someone who naturally builds trust and confidence with patients and colleagues.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational, time management and workload prioritisation skills.

Note that this payment is not applicable to clinical staff working within the Echocardiography division, or Diabetic Eye Screening. The Weekend Payment does not apply to those on a flexible working agreement and part time workers that have requested to work weekend hours/days as part of their working agreement. The Weekend Payment also doesn’t apply to those who are working remotely or carrying out administrative work from home.
