Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver clinical care for residents at the 61-bed Grafton facility. You will develop and review care plans, perform assessments, and document progress to reflect residents' needs and wishes.

Be prepared to supervise Personal Care Workers, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and adhere to AHPRA registration requirements. This permanent full-time role offers on-site duties in a supportive, wellness‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain).
• Current working rights in Australia are essential.
