Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking Registered Nurses for our Golden Age Aged Care facility in Southport on the Gold Coast. You will operate in an 80-bed residential home, administering medications, updating care plans, and conducting baseline and focussed assessments while coordinating with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

We offer casual loading of 25%, salary packaging benefits, and an immediate start. Night shift availability is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Passionate about Aged Care and delivering safe, supportive care.
• Current AHPRA RN registration.
• First Aid and CPR certification; Police Check as required.
• Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts.
• Hold rights to work in Australia; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and review of care plans.

About You

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who is looking for night shifts. Our Golden Age service is looking for you!

Essential

• Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
• Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
• Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
• Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor

Desirable

• Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector
• Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current NDIS check
