The Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care, support residents' health and wellbeing, and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.

You will work closely with our care staff, lifestyle team, and leadership group to ensure each resident receives the highest level of person-centred care.

What you'll do

• Provide high-quality clinical and person-centred care
• Complete and oversee assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation
• Administer medications and manage clinical procedures in line with best practice
• Monitor residents' health status and respond to changing needs
• Liaise with GPs, Allied Health and other health practitioners to support resident needs
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the care team
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards, policies, and procedures
• Contribute to a positive, respectful and inclusive workplace

Lead, mentor, and support care staff during your shift

We'd love to hear from you if you

• Hold a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Have previous experience in aged care (highly regarded)
• Have strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical-thinking skills
• Able to work collaboratively across all teams and areas
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Have a kind, patient, and respectful approach to supporting residents
