Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for casual community care across Queensland. You will deliver person-centred care in home settings, assess and plan care, and create or update care plans while ensuring safety and high-quality clinical standards.

Role involves frequent on-road visits, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and flexibility in scheduling. Full AHPRA registration and a current driver’s license are essential.

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements are essential.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) is essential.
• Roadworthy and insured vehicle (Third Party Property minimum) to use for work is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Remuneration:$45.29- $57.06 p/h + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM’s) + Employee discounts

Classification: QRN1.1 – QRN1.7 determined by demonstrated clinical hours and experience
