Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred community care across New Farm, Hamilton, Kedron, McDowall and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan and implement client care, create care plans, ensure clinical quality, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and work entitlements.
