Job summary

uWorkin is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care in the community, travelling to clients’ homes across Queensland. You will assess, plan and implement care within your scope, focusing on physical, social and psychological needs and updating care plans as client situations evolve.

You’ll work autonomously on the road, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining clinical quality standards and ensuring safety across all visits.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and work entitlements.
• General nursing experience, post-registration.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies.
