Job summary

Mosh & Moshy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our telehealth-focused Clinical Services team in a fully remote capacity across Australia. You will manage patient journeys, assess eligibility for treatment plans, and provide clinical education via calls or video conferences, while coordinating care with a broad healthcare team.

Weekend shifts are required, with flexibility to support patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Current practising certificate without restrictions from AHPRA
• Recent primary health care experience including in men’s health (ideally hair loss, sexual health, skincare, weight loss and mental health)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent technological skills
• Keen interest in Telemedicine, men’s health and cosmetic medicine
• Must be okay with shift work including weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing patients throughout their journey
• Review patient information, including questionnaires or health inquiries, to determine eligibility for specific treatment plans
• Conduct calls or video conferences with patients to provide clinical education, advice, and assistance
• Assess patient symptoms, triage concerns when needed, and provide appropriate clinical guidance
• Collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Share feedback for constant improvement of systems and processes to improve patient experience

Our Clinical Services team sits at the heart of that mission - delivering safe, high-quality care through structured digital pathways. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join us full-time in a remote capacity.

This role is available on a full-time basis, and will include weekend work. Preferably split across Saturday and Sunday.
