Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Relevant recent clinical midwifery experience.
• Dual RN/RM registration for positions requiring dual registration.
• FSEP Level 3 for Swan Hill opportunities.
• Current Adult and Paediatric Basic Life Support.
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation training and relevant experience.
• PROMPT or equivalent training, where required.
• Ability to work rotating rosters, including nights and on-call where applicable.
• Willingness to complete relevant facility compliance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide midwifery care across Birth Suite, Antenatal, Postnatal and Pregnancy Assessment Services.
• Collaborate within rural and regional maternity teams and on-call rosters as required.
• Support women and families with education and safe, evidence-based care.
• Adhere to facility policies and complete required compliance processes.
• Contribute to regional Victoria maternity services and continuous quality improvement.

At Talent Quarter, we're looking for experienced Registered Midwives and Dual Registered RN/RMs to join our growing network of agency professionals for exciting contracts across regional Victoria, with opportunities available from November 2026 and into 2027.

Whether you're an experienced travel midwife or considering your very first agency contract, we'll support you every step of the way.

We're recruiting midwives with experience across:

• Birth Suite – Labour, birth and immediate postnatal care
• Antenatal Care – Supporting women throughout pregnancy
• Postnatal Care – Providing care and education to mothers and newborns
• Pregnancy Assessment Services – Assessment and management of pregnancy-related presentations
• Rural & Regional Maternity Services – Working within smaller multidisciplinary teams, including on-call arrangements where required
