Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician to join our exceptional team. You will provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-18, in-home settings across Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Michigan City, and the greater Indiana region.

You will work closely with BCBA, implement and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, maintain detailed records, and engage families to support progress while continuing professional

Formación

• Active RBT certification and ongoing professional development.
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism


• Implement and modify treatment plans based on client progress and feedback


• Demonstrate clinical competence and adherence to established treatment protocols


• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
