Job summary
Contract Care Recruitment connects experienced nurses with private hospitals in NSW, offering flexible shifts and a pathway to build hours across medical, surgical, ICU, and mental health settings. You’ll be supported by dedicated consultants and a smooth onboarding process.
Current AHPRA registration and at least 12 months acute hospital experience in Australia are required, along with NSW vaccination and police checks. Full working rights in Australia are essential.
Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
- At least 12 months recent acute or hospital experience in Australia.
- National Police Check.
- Up-to-date vaccinations in line with NSW Health requirements (including influenza).
- Current CPR / First Aid / BLS or ALS Certificates.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- A calm, adaptable approach and a commitment to safe, person-centred care.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe patient care across medical, surgical, theatre, ICU and mental health settings.
- Support nursing teams with patient assessments and care planning.
- Document care activities accurately and maintain high standards of safety.
