SHEIKE is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Lead to drive the brand’s in-store rhythm across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You will curate regional VM strategies, partner with the Head of Store Visuals, and balance creativity with commercial outcomes to elevate customer experiences.

Lead and develop field VM teams, refine store layouts, and translate seasonal direction into local executions. A hands-on, fashion-forward leader who can inspire teams and impact store performance is ideal.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years' experience in multi-site visual merchandising.
• Premium or fashion retail experience preferred.
• Strong eye for style, trends, detail, and spatial design.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and inspire teams.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
