Freedom Furniture is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee our Queensland stores in South Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced retail environments, while upholding our brand and standards.

With strong coaching and planning, you will optimise rostering, stock flow and store profitability, mentor staff, and implement initiatives that boost engagement and NPS.

• Proven track record in leading and motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience driving sales and store performance in a retail environment.
