Job summary

Fly2Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver services across regional and remote communities in Australia. The role combines travel, clinical quality and flexible work arrangements, with a focus on high‑trust, autonomous caseload management.

You’ll join a national clinical leadership team that provides supervision, mentoring and strong support while maintaining work‑life balance. The position promotes professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Mutually recognised qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration, or eligibility to obtain registration.
• Full driver’s licence.
• Ability to travel and stay overnight Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
• Passion for delivering healthcare to underserved regional and remote communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessments, intervention and ongoing therapy services.
• Work across regional and remote communities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, Psychologists).
• Travel throughout regional communities by road and air.
• Support individuals and families who need access to care.
