Responsibilities

• Lead overall regional service operations to meet customer commitments and targets.
• Directly lead a Field Service Manager team and ensure accountability for customer relationships, operations, financials, and direction.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for Field Service Managers.
• Manage executive customer relationships as the primary regional contact for major partners.
• Conduct regular customer business reviews and plan upcoming activities.
• Own region service contract performance and ensure SLAs are achieved.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract profitability through pricing, efficiency, and scope optimization.
• Partner with Sales to support retention, renewals, and new opportunities.
• Review regional financials including revenue, margin, overtime, and operating expenses.
• Lead workforce planning and cross-region collaboration to improve utilization.
• Promote collaboration across regions to improve technician utilization and responsiveness.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Analyze dashboards to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support major deployments, product launches, and strategic customer initiatives.
• Formulate succession plans and build leadership potential for Field Service Managers.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Service, Product, Sales, and Support functions.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability.
• Represent the Service business in customer forums and leadership meetings.
