SA Health's Limestone Coast Local Health Network is seeking a Senior Dietitian - Food Services to coordinate and lead dietetic services across Residential Aged Care, Multi-Purpose Service facilities and regional acute sites.

You will provide strategic nutrition leadership, drive quality standards, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with dietitians, speech pathologists, catering and nursing to deliver person-centred care across the Limestone Coast region.

Formación

• Qualified Dietitian eligible for Dietitians Australia membership.
• Experience developing and evaluating food and nutrition services in aged care and acute settings.
• Ability to lead, supervise and mentor others including students.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coordinate and evaluate high-quality food and nutrition services for aged care and acute settings across LCLHN.
• Provide strategic advice on nutrition care aligned with national standards.
• Collaborate with dietitians, speech pathologists, catering and nursing teams to ensure safe, person-centred nutrition delivery.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives, including menu planning and hydration strategies.
• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to junior staff and allied health assistants.
• Support education and training for staff, students, and stakeholders.
