Job summary

Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development NSW – Orange NSW is seeking a Project Coordinator for Plague Locust Management to coordinate and support statewide programs protecting NSW agriculture.

You will work across regional NSW, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting surveillance and control activities, delivering training, and coordinating projects with regular travel to field operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programs or operational activities.
• Understanding of plague locust behaviour, biology and control.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver outcomes in a dispersed environment.
• Experience preparing reports and project documentation.
