  • Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today’s children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.

Lead, inspire and make a difference across our OSHC services in the Treeby region.

We’re looking for an experienced OSHC Mobile Coordinator to work closely with our Regional Manager and provide hands-on leadership across services throughout the region. You’ll step into different teams, strengthen service delivery and help create safe, inclusive and engaging environments where children can learn, play and thrive.

You’ll travel between services across the region to provide support where it’s needed most, with a motor vehicle allowance provided as part of the role.

This is a permanent full-time role, predominantly worked during regular daytime hours. Flexibility is required to work the below split shifts when needed.

Rise then Shine: Morning shifts generally between 6:30am–9:00am
Stay and Play: Afternoon shifts generally between 2:00pm–6:00pm
School Holiday Program: Shifts will fall within holiday program operating hours.

This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your leadership experience, gain exposure to different programs and service environments, and build positive relationships with teams across the region. You’ll also collaborate with Mobile Coordinators from other regions, sharing ideas and supporting consistent, high-quality service delivery.

With strong opportunities for career progression, this role is ideal for an experienced OSHC leader ready to take the next step and make an impact across multiple school communities.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

    • Competitive Pay: Up to $43 per hour + super, rewarding the important role you play every day.
    • Regional Manager Support: Leading a service doesn't mean doing it alone. Your Regional Manager will provide coaching, guidance and practical support every step of the way.
    • Coordinator Loyalty Program: Enjoy $1,250 in retention bonuses during your first year as a thank you.
    • Family-Friendly Support: Access paid parental leave (10 weeks) and up to 50% off childcare fees, supporting you and your family now and in the future.
    • Career Growth & Development: Build your skills through paid training and clear pathways to progress within JAG.
    • Health, Wellbeing & Lifestyle Benefits: Access discounted gym & wellbeing memberships, health insurance and retail savings, helping your money go further.
    • Referral Rewards: Earn $1,000 cash for every successful referral and help us grow our exceptional team.

    • You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support rostering and administration, and ensure each service continues to meet its compliance requirements and deliver a consistent, high-quality program.
