A global e-commerce leader is seeking a Senior Workforce Planner in Melbourne, Australia to lead staffing initiatives for its fulfillment and delivery teams. We are looking for a talented and committed Senior Workforce Planner to lead country wide staffing/high volume hiring events for our Customer Fulfillment & Delivery Services teams. In this high volume hiring space, you will manage the delivery of Associate labor through direct sourcing channels, vendor suppliers, daily vendor management and engagement initiatives. Additionally, this role requires owning the tactical development and delivery of community engagement plans, supporting labor demand planning with Finance and Supply Chain Teams.
In this role you will drive key metrics related to: vendor engagement, peak planning, cost of hiring, compliance and driving a scalable lights out Workforce Planning workflow. You will be required to lead a small team (1-3 staffing leads) to drive country wide Workforce Staffing events.
Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your assigned geographical area (local travel up to 25%).
