We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Manager – Victoria to lead our multi-site operations across the state.
This senior leadership role is accountable for the performance, safety, operational excellence and commercial outcomes of the Victorian region. You will drive regional strategy, lead high-performing site teams, and ensure alignment with BRG’s national growth agenda.
With full P&L ownership and responsibility for operational best practice, this role is suited to a seasoned leader who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment and can influence across diverse customer, operational and commercial functions.
Lead the Victorian regional strategy in alignment with BRG’s national and divisional goals
Drive a strong safety-first culture consistent with BRG’s “Towards Zero Harm” framework
Oversee multi-site operations across trade centres, manufacturing and formwork/construction sites
Deliver regional P&L performance, including revenue, margin, EBITDA, working capital and cost control
Implement operational best practice to uplift service levels, inventory management, logistics and workflow efficiencies
Lead and develop Branch Managers, Site Managers and Sales Leaders, strengthening talent, culture and capability
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, regulators and industry associations
Support sales teams with pricing, tenders, forecasting and major customer negotiations
Oversee WHS compliance, risk management, incident response and audit readiness
Embed governance, policy compliance, systems alignment and digital adoption across sites
Manage escalations, customer issues and service-critical matters promptly and professionally
Support acquisition integration, network expansion and strategic project delivery across the region
You will bring a senior leadership capability with a strong commercial and operational background, ideally gained within the construction, building materials, trade, distribution or manufacturing sectors.
We are looking for someone with:
Extensive multi-site leadership experience in an operational or regional management role
Proven success delivering commercial outcomes across revenue, margin, EBITDA and service performance
Strong understanding of construction, trade distribution, manufacturing or supply chain environments
Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, change and growth
Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong WHS leadership with the ability to embed safety culture across diverse workgroups
High resilience, sound judgement and a continuous improvement mindset
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Operations, Marketing or related fields (MBA desirable)
Senior leadership position within a growing national business
Full P&L ownership and the ability to influence strategic outcomes
