Dementia Support Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the behaviour support service, tailoring it to individual clients living with dementia and ensuring KPI delivery.

You will provide leadership for a national team, with a local delivery ethos, oversee governance, supervision, and stakeholder engagement across state and national partners.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Nursing / Allied Health or a Health-related degree.
• Desirable dementia study or qualifications.
• Professional registration or membership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the DSA service within a national team.
• Establish governance, supervision and behaviour management systems.
• Engage with state and Commonwealth government and aged care sectors.
• Support team leaders to manage stakeholder engagement at service level.
• Develop strategic plans for each State/portfolio and improve service delivery.
• Motivate the service delivery team and ensure alignment with mission.
