Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering biodiversity offset or conservation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Australian environmental legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to lead strategic programs and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

• Lead development and delivery of regional biodiversity offset strategies and programs.
• Oversee governance and compliance, monitor performance and manage risks.
• Drive end-to-end program execution with external partners and data-driven reporting.
