YHA Australia is seeking a senior hospitality leader to support accredited properties nationwide on a six-month contract, with potential extension. You will drive operational performance, align strategy with our social mission, and mentor property leaders while collaborating across Finance, HR, IT, Sales and Marketing.

The role involves leading safety, quality and guest-experience standards, with travel across Australia and occasional international duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and develop a high-performing leadership cohort across Property and General Managers.
• Oversee operational and financial performance to exceed budgetary and guest-satisfaction targets.
• Integrate innovative service models and sustainability initiatives aligned with the national strategy.
• Lead workforce planning, compliance, and guest-experience standards with focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry partners to amplify the YHA brand.
