Job summary

Campaspe Shire Council in northern Victoria is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to unite and lead a diverse regional community. Reporting to the elected Council, the CEO will provide visible, values-led leadership to advance community wellbeing, liveability and sustainable growth across the shire.

The successful candidate will oversee a workforce of over 500 staff, manage a budget above $120 million, and strengthen relationships across government, business and community partners

Qualifications

• Proven track record in executive leadership of a large, complex community organisation.
• Strong governance, financial stewardship and accountability.
• Ability to translate Councillors' vision into actionable strategy.
