Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the health & fitness industry.
• Experience in franchise management is preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of P&Ls and benchmarking reports.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the success of BFT franchises in NSW and SA.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
• Deliver performance reports highlighting concerns and opportunities.
