Job summary

Spinifex Recruiting is seeking a Fleet & Workshop Manager to lead a busy on-farm workshop operation in regional NSW. Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you will oversee workshop activities, maintenance planning, compliance, reporting, budgets, contractor management and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, workshop, maintenance or operational management
• Strong organisational and administrative capability
• Experience managing budgets, reporting and compliance
• The ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple activities
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence working with systems, data and reporting tools
• Advanced Excel skills will be highly regarded
• A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Leading workshop, maintenance and warehouse operations
• Coordinating maintenance schedules and operational priorities
• Managing invoicing, reporting and information processing
• Monitoring budgets, expenditure and maintenance performance
• Managing contractors, suppliers and service providers
• Supporting compliance, safety and operational requirements
• Tracking KPIs and performance measures
• Developing team capability and supporting apprentices
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiency
