Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electronics Technician or similar service role.
• Experience with electro-mechanical or industrial equipment preferred.
• Advanced troubleshooting across electronic control systems, sensors, and mechanical components.
• Field service experience—on-site diagnostics, installation, and commissioning in clinical or technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service Soniclean ultrasonic cleaning systems at customer sites across the region.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to keep equipment safe and efficient.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs and calibrations per technical standards and regulations.
• Document work and maintain accurate service records during field visits.
• Provide clear, practical operating guidance to customers.
