Job summary

The Sheriff’s Office of Western Australia requires an Executive Manager, Regional WA Branch to lead regional court and tribunal operations across Pilbara, Kimberley, Murchison, Goldfields and Southwest, ensuring safety, service excellence and efficient delivery.

You will provide strategic advice, manage complex service delivery, engage with stakeholders and drive performance improvements while upholding security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex operational service delivery.
• Ability to provide strategic advice and identify risks.
• Proven track record in improving regional court/tribunal operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across regional WA court/tribunal operations.
• Oversee Pilbara, Kimberley, Murchison, Goldfields, and Southwest regions.
• Drive initiatives to enhance performance, capability and service outcomes.
• Coordinate with Deputy Sheriff and stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery.
