Job summary

Catholic Education South Australia is seeking an experienced system leader to shape quality, performance and future direction across 14 schools in the Diocese of Port Pirie. Reporting to the Director, Schools and Early Years Services, you will oversee five Regional Managers and drive improvement that strengthens Catholic identity, student outcomes and school sustainability.

Qualifications

• Requires teaching degree and postgraduate qualification.
• Experience leading schools or regions within Catholic education.
• Ability to use data and evidence to drive school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Promote Catholic identity and mission across all schools.
• Line manage principals and provide coaching for leadership performance.
• Use performance, wellbeing, compliance, and operational data to identify priorities and lead improvements.
• Translate system strategy into regional priorities and lead change across diverse contexts.
• Build leadership capability through coaching, talent identification, and succession planning.
